This project involved a carefully layered architectural lighting design that enhances both the heritage character and contemporary additions across the site. The result is a balance of subtle architectural highlighting and bold feature accents, creating depth, texture, and a strong nighttime presence while respectfully revealing the original masonry and arched detailing of this historic building. Unilamp linear wall washers were used to illuminate the exterior archway windows, drawing attention to the building’s heritage and emphasizing the façade. Along the laneway, Unilamp Up/Down Wall Lights were used to wash the brickwork in warm vertical light. To further define the pedestrian experience and entry points, a neon flex feature strip was integrated to accentuate the laneway entrance.
