LM6 Aluminium Alloy castings

Unilamps goal to bring to market the best product is brought about by using the best materials.

All castings are produced from top quality LM6 Aluminium alloy ingots, enhanced for high pressure casting. This material contains low copper content and low hazardous heavy metal substances.

Unilamp employs a specially developed 16 stage stage coating process, ensuring the finish is durable and resistant to the harshest of environments. This includes a Double powder-coat layering and nano-ceramic base coat conversion process that optimizes the corrosion-resistant properties and increased powder-coat adhesion.
